2.Damage & Replacement :
www.ardreams.in provides good standards in the packaging of all products to minimize the damage in transit. Regardless of how well a product is packed, damage does occur occasionally. But we, here at AR Dreams want to minimize these problems for you. Ø Check your Carton - If damage is visible or you notice any sign of possible damage like any crushed corners, dented or torned cartons etc ; Notify delivery man & ask to document it.
To include the following details in the mail-
v Order Number / Bill Number
v Product Code Number
v Date of Delivery
v Item Damaged
v Description of Damage
v E-mail Address & Telephone/Mobile number
v Clicked Picture attached in the Email / WhatsApp the picture
Thereafter, Team AR Dreams will review the mail including all the above mentioned items and will revert back to you about the further processing in accordance with the condition of the goods damaged.
However, it’s a gift item or it’s an award/memento, it has to be noted that the final decision of validating the status of the product condition is on Team AR Dreams. www.ardreams.in will notify you as soon as possible regarding the damage claims and replacement of damaged goods solely at the discretion of www.ardreams.in.
